And this is how you feed your "pet":
About once a week add one part of white flour, one part of wholemeal flour, one part of water and 1.6g of salt per 100g of added flour. Add according to how big you want your starter to be, for example: 100g white, 100g brown flour, 100g water and 3.2g of salt.
